Thank you for shopping with The Decal Lab! We are committed to delivering high-quality decals and ensuring your satisfaction. Please review our refund and return policy below.

Because our decals are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color selection errors. Please double-check your order details before checkout.

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

• Damaged Items: If your decal arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
   
• Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong decal or design, notify us within 7 days. We will send the correct item at no additional cost.
   

In either case, please email us at [your email address] with the following:

• Order number
   
• Description of the issue
   
• Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
   

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

• Custom orders with personalized text or design (unless damaged or incorrect)
   
• Items reported after the 7-day window
   
• Incorrect application or user error (e.g., peeling, misplacement during installation)
   

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement. After that, production begins and the order cannot be cancelled.
